received these photos from my granddaughter Laura.
This little drainage mill is visible as the train
nears Clapham Junction if you are heading for
London. The railway line is in a cutting and you
have to look up to your right to catch a glimpse of
it.
Editor: I remember seeing it from the train
myself. It is in Windmill Road, of course! It is
just nearby where the train crash was in 1988. The
plaque gives clear information about it.
