Great Haseley Tower Mill, Oxfordshire

A chance encounter caused by the closure of the A34 for roadworks.

According to SPAB, it is one of the largest stone-built tower mills, with a fantail and four common sails, and is thought to have been built in 1760.  It came to the end of its working life in the early 1900s, and was fully restored to working order in 2013 after a comprehensive programme of repairs.  It is open occasionally.
